Mandy is committed to enhancing client businesses through excellent communications and an entrepreneurial approach to strategic planning and delivering of cost effective, results driven PR and marketing campaigns.

Mandy is a champion of ongoing agency and people development at brookscomm and is a keen producer of concise and targeted business words and messaging for digital, traditional and social media.

Chaz Brooks

A talented communications professional, Chaz is involved in both creative direction and hands-on work with journalists for brookscomm clients as well as advising clients on how a strategic PR campaign will build their profile, reputation and support their business objectives.

Chaz has vast experience of PR and marketing, and was previously Marketing Manager for several well known companies including Canon UK.

He is also a past President of the Surrey Chambers of Commerce.

Carys Geer

Client Services Director

Carys is a communications expert with nearly a decade of experience in PR. After working with us when she first graduated from university, she returned to the brookscomm team in 2018 to take a lead in client services activity.

Her role includes team management, resourcing and some operations as well as driving forward the best results for our clients through coordination and planning of effective integrated PR and marketing campaigns.

Carys brings a wealth of client management expertise to brookscomm. As she grows into her leadership role at the agency, she will continue to help develop the business, supporting on wider agency initiatives and operations.

Joanne McKenzie

Operations & HR Manager

Jo is responsible for co-ordinating and facilitating the team in HR matters, operations, accounting and administration.

Alongside her qualifications in CIPD & ACIPR,  Jo brings a wealth of experience from working within the financial investment banking world and ensures the office and team runs smoothly.

Alison Scarrott

Alison’s greatest strengths lie in her exceptional skills in “selling in” your company’s opinion articles, press materials and comments to your key journalists and publications.

Alison has brought to brookscomm a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience having worked for one of Europe’s leading business magazine publishing houses, and for a PR agency specialising in technology clients, in the oil and gas industry, software, process control and automation industries.

Recently, Alison has been involved in supporting brookscomm clients at trade events and organising industry dinners, forums and award ceremonies, in addition to managing several PR accounts.

Michael Bull

Head of Digital Marketing

Michael is responsible for the planning and implementation of digital marketing strategies for brookscomm and its clients. He leads the digital marketing team.

Michael has worked in digital marketing for over 20 years and is a long standing committee member of the Surrey Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

He has diplomas in professional marketing and digital marketing from the CIM and CAM.  His skill set includes: SEO, PPC, HTML, CSS, Social Media Marketing (both organic and targeted advertising on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn), Google Adwords, Google Analytics, WordPress, Marketo, Drupal, Hubspot and Mailchimp. Michael also has significant experience and expertise in helping consumer technology brands to establish and grow on Amazon.

Mwamba has started her career in integrated communications with brookscomm and has a desire to learn more about the PR and marketing industry. She brings a wealth of enthusiasm to the team and a solid understanding of storytelling and tailoring messages for different audiences, which she learnt during her studies in Broadcast Journalism.

Mwamba’s creativity and dynamic approach alongside her extensive knowledge of different social media platforms makes her an invaluable member of the team when it comes to creating optimised online content and developing new ideas for client campaigns. By ensuring that brands connect with their audiences through various channels, Mwamba supports the team in providing an integrated communications service that both meets client objectives and delivers measurable results.
